I have purchased a IPTV Sub with VOD which works absolutely superb the bouquet s load straight away, But for some reason the epg will not load. I have spoken to the supplier who has said it’s my fault am not doing it right, I’ve tried everything can someone help it’s running on whooshbuild infinity
 
Have you ticked your iptv supplier in epg import and relevant sources then green to save yellow to import
 
Numerous times , the wheel spins in the left hand side corner for about 2 mins then it says 0 events found
 
I've always used protocol way of setting jedi up and it gives epg url automatically in jedi settings have you set use provider epg to yes
 
My epg url is http://*******.80/xmltv?ptpusername********&password*****
If you know what I mean ha ha
 
Not been around enigma boxes for along time. but, dont you have to setup a usb for the EPG,otherwise the internal memory will quickly fill up.
 
Have you got Use your providers EPG and Use Rytec EPG enabled?

Also what version of jedimakerxtream? The version in download plugins is v5.29. There is v5.30 available aswel but that shouldn't make much of a difference
