Not really enough info there to give an answer but if you have exact same settings on both boxes and 2 different providers then I would guess it is your provider.
Make sure everything is setup right your end first. What setup do you have?

What setup you on?
Could you try login on with the box it’s working on with the iptv provider which is not working properly?
Tried same thanks have me tearing my hair out
Have it back on now but could try later and it won't be on Crazy
Two boxes, two providers, one working, one not - not enough info given to even start to assess.
The only conclusion that can be reached from that is that there is one working box and its internet supply is working.
Is it the all4one app? Something different?
Hard wired/wifi?
What have you tried?
What exactly is off? Not at all working? Stuttering? Pixelated?
What boxes do you have?
Have you checked cabling?
Does satellite or cable channels work on either box

Put your box in deep standby reboot router once fully rebooted awake your box from deep standby are you using service app try on an android device if possible Vodafone are known for throttling speeds are you using a vpn or no vpn if u singing open atv 6.2 see if there is an update for the all4one plugin aswell

If Vodafone are throttling speeds then it's a bit silly of them. I'm with them and they guarantee 55mbps or 15% discount until fixed. Fine by me! I'm currently at 52, so win win

They admitted they throttle to me. Because the junction boxes are over subscribed massively. From 4pm till 12pm it was . Got 80mbs in the morning come afternoon I got no more than 2mbs. And constant kicks from there network at peak times. Was really hard to get a cancellation from them to they also messed up my transfer. There call centres are pathetic dont go with Vodafone ever
Also that part they bang on about saying they reduce the price of the fibre till fixed is worth nothing, I never got any discounts at all. It's the nature of fibre they said. I struggled for 6 months to get rid had to go through obidsmum

Being with the same provider 4 years IPTV good now just hope it will stay

rememeber this is iptv. it can be good today and crap tomorrow. all providers have up's and downs but most are good
Same here was with vodafone if you keep complaing they will let you out of the contract.
It is only 55 to there router.

I wouldn’t say most are good, that’s why it’s worth putting a little bit of effort in to weed out the bad suppliers to get to the good.

Correct. Also, i have noticed that my Xiamo wifi repeater acts as 2nd router, so Vodafone can't seem my 2x Zgemma's connected to it. I constantly get over 45mbps and that is with over 10 devices connected. In my experience they are decent, but what they are shocking at is customer service. However, i'm paying £19.55 per month for broadband and landline.
