Hi I have question my provider passed away beginning of year Russ I guess he was a reseller can you tell by the portal were he got it from

Probably used his own app with the name of his service.

Matching that to another service who probably uses another name on his app would be difficult, provider names are not allowed to be mentioned here so ill need to close this thread.
