For ease of use teamviewer is the best way as dillyp70 said connect to his pc/laptop then use filezilla

or, depending on how much you use teamviewer and are starting to get sick of the commercial use warnings and being cut off after 2 minutes,

try

ultraviewer ;-)

works exactly the same but free to use with no restrictions!
