Cable Is setting up cable similar to a satellite set up?

Thanks for taking the time to read this...

Just a quick one, or two!!

I've mastered the sly end of setting up a H1, with the great help from the forum. Is the cable set up similar? :whacko:

Am i flashing it with the sucmnsee firmware or is there a different firmware for cable.

Plus once I've flashed, am i putting my lines in a newcand.list (note pad file) or is there a different way to transfer the line over.

Just plug your cable connection in the Rf in on the box. (use male adaptor)
Go to autobouquetsmaker /providers. you will see virgin option. Turn it to on and select yout net id(area you live in). UK Only Cable Net ID's Table
Do maunual scan. Bobs your uncle.
Just add your Virgin line to your newcamd.list file along with your sky line/
