Is the zgemma h7s any good?

I need to set up a box for iptv for someone but they wanted one with a front display. Are there still up to date builds and plugins available for the h7s? I don't want the hassle of having to do each plugin through FileZilla and ipk though to make it simpler for the person I'm setting the box up for. Thanks
