itvhd blank

h32tc with wooshbuild infitiy. all channels working fine apart from 2 it seems. im Peterborough 41049 ex c&w

itv hd is blank no matter what i try, itv 2 3 4 hd all work perfect. its not a line issue im certain, as ive had it working by switching to a different netid, but then I seem to lose other channels after doing that.

channel 5 hd seems to have some cross channel interference, sound is perfect but picture is half blocky and seems to switch between two different channels like its in between frequencies some how. SD works perfectly

could this just be a ABM issue? ive done the usual updating abm provider files but no luck, im usually pretty good at these things but i cannot seem to crack this one.

any ideas?

Sometimes a tp goes down but any other channels on that would also be down,can you check if others are down,might come back by itself if no others report not working.Out of curiosity have you tried a non abm scan to see if it works from the all list and not abm bouquet.

so when you goto itv hd in abm, then press red for all, are their any alternatives you can clear and then use in your bouquet?
 
Are virmin doing any maintenance in your area because ive had several letters over the last month saying they carrying out vital work and services may temporarily be disrupted etc
 
dont think there is any maintenance no,

the more I mess about with this the more i think it could just be the server,

What area are you in as others might also use that and can check on theirs.
Any others on same tp down?
 
turns out after getting a test line, it is my server after all. working fine now, frustrating but hopefully help someone else if you lose channels, thanks for input all.
 
Mine don’t work either using ID 00009, the other channels are fine but itv hd always blank.

Any tricks or tips to make it work.
 
I never got to the bottom of it it's very hit or miss. Sometimes will work. Mostly blank though. As you say all other channels flawless. Kind of given up on it and just use SD now.
