kav a750 + iconnect factory rest by mistake cant reflash

hi all been having problems with reflahing my kv a750 with i connect not done this box before.
well i started with a busted iconnect which is now repaired
like a dummy ive been flash the iconnect with 2013.bin file trying to revive my dead box. only 2 green lights.i then found that you only load th e 4.01 module update to the iconnect and the 2013.bin to the box
iconnect download ok with module update 4.01
i then tryed to flash box with no luck. after many attempts i did a factory rest on the box. still no luk says download not requested

can anyone help me im sure im doing it right or am i missing somthing???????

are you using a null modem cable from box -pc,what firmware is on box now in system info as it might be able to s/w online update,the loader you use for the iconn is different as it states in downloads its for the iconnect only or other loader is for firmware for the box so make sure you are using correct one,box needs to be powered off at rear first then press download and power on box.
