Accident in my Ford KA, when I got it back from the garage it was asking for a code, this KA was bought privately and the hand written code in the audio book doesn't work.

Are you sure that you are inputting it correctly? the only otherr solution is that someone changed the code to one of there own, is it a second hand car? If so contact the seller to see if they changed it.

Hello,

The correct radio SERIAL NUMBER is required for a code

It usually begins with M or V followed by SIX digits ...such as M654321 or V654321

Sometimes pressing buttons 6 & 1 together or 6 & 2 will display this number

Otherwise remove the radio from the dashboard and post the SERIAL NUMBER found on a label on the casing

I have the code 4914 for serial number M317284.

Can anybody confirm that this is the right code as it doesn't seem to work.
