Wrong cable..! MRSBA. You need a "null modem cable".... RS232 is NOT a crossover cable... but looks identical..! and all you will get is "download not requested".... and that will be the start to your next thread..! haha (had a noose in my hand all because of that cable so i know..aint that right jodav,bees,cactikid and everyone else who was up posting till 4am..!! seems like yesterday..!

nothing is plug and play,they can only be sold as fta ,so boxes need to be flashed / updated with firmware.

well , i have just bit the bullet, and ordered a kv780, as my sv7 is sat there doing nothing, annoying me, will probably arrive tuesday, so its gonna be another looooonnnngggg weekend, but its been no football on tv here since 21st oct, and streaming's a pain, so i look forward to my new box, have been reading up on here about them, so hope it will be plain sailing, happy days:woohoo:
