Kryptview A750 scrambled

I have a kryptview A750. Have scanned all the programs. However when I try to play my iconnector first 3 lights come on but Run light not coming on. Notice on telly saying scrambled channels

i think there maybe a later one,try doing a s/w update online to see if it will update.

happy days,did you do a factory reset a and rescan?

Yes I did a factory reset and a rescan. Pleased to see that it all worked with the virgin hub. Much less wires.
