Kryptview a780 scrambled

Hi I'm a new member,all channels scrambled,on a780 could you advise me on s/ware d/load as my old bin file will not load,thanks Kev.

What on box at the moment Menu-System Info-Date, if Jan 2015 that the latest, if not try to update via remote Menu - Installation - S/W Update

Connection from box to router best use hard-wire connection.

update bar does not move,when I go into s/w update may have to re-flash box but my kryptview bin file will not load into loader,maybe damaged,thanx for replying-kev

The bar not moving could means the box is updated with the latest firmware, what's on box at the moment Menu-System Info-Date, Jan 2015 that the latest.

If box worked recently may not be a software problem but a internet problem, check light at back of box is flashing, change ethernet cable, reboot router/hub.
