Storage critically low - firestick 4k max

Hiya.
I am using tivimate and have the premium version. I have a couple of issues and would love some guidance please.
Channels work fine (mostly), VOD and series often will not load. I did a factory reset and started over and now I am being told I have critically low storage. I have cleared cache, deleted unused apps (any app except express vpn and tivimate). I have cleared app file data.. I'm at a bit of a loss as to how to resolve this.
Any advice appreciated
 
What device tivimate not a huge size app. You are deleting apk after you have installed apps aren't you

Use external player like vlc for movies etc
 
You will have to do a factory reset to clear and reinstall everything and delete files/cached storage, it's a bug in the software which is an absolute pain. I've done 3 sticks, deleted nearly everything and still showed barely any memory.

A factory reset will correct it. Check software update also.
 
For VOD and series not loading, it could be an issue with your playlist provider check if the links are up-to-date. Also, ensure your internet connection is stable and try switching VPN servers or testing without it briefly.

For the storage issue, "critically low storage" usually points to system storage, not just app cache. Check if there are hidden downloads (like thumbnails from VOD) or consider moving less-used apps to an external drive (if possible).
 
Try logging into amazon account from your computer/phone and then de-link/remove the firestick from the account and the re-link it.

If you haven’t found a solution to this when I had the same problem after a little bit of research I added an external USB drive to my set up to deal with the problem😉
 
Epg etc won't fill up storage I wouldn't of thought. It's more than likely apps you don't actually need.

Check your downloader and in the files section make sure there are no apk files in there.

And just remove any unused apps.

Epg can get big on tivimate
 
Yes the epg is quite big but should keep on clearing itself down. By doing the normal maintenance etc shouldn't really get many issues.

But we all know devices can slow down overtime so a factory reset could be in order

The VOD section has nothing to do with your device storage try a different provider for your tivimate app and see if that helps.
 
Not sure why u replied on mine when other members have replied on this topic about 10 days ago ain’t it been 5 months for others to or just me??
Your post made the lease sense and didn’t address the critical low storage problem the OP had.
The other replies were trying to address the storage issue, but you suggested trying a different provider which makes no sense.

Yes I know I stated try a different provider because OP said in his first msg VOD & Series are hit and miss sometimes that’s why I said try different providers and see if that works, im not referring to his low storage on his device. And forgot to add if no success try different VPN companies & apps.
