Hi all, just wondering if anyone could shed any light on any other problems in the Grimsby area?
Box has been down since Friday night. I've tried all the usual things, factory reset, rescan, etc and still only getting channels 1,2,3,4 and 5. I've tried rebooting router, modem and running the box hard wired to the router.
It's finding all the channels on a scan, but I'm only getting the 'scramled' message on all but 1,2,3,4 and 5.
I thought it may have been due to the new firmware update, so I tried to update and now the box is stuck on 'searching new update'. I've left it like that for a few hours and nothing. Turned the box off at the wall, re-powered and it's still stuck in 'searching new update'.
It's got me beat and was hoping somebody may be able to help me out.
