Kryptview

Sorry to be a nuisance. I have bought the nline required for the Kryptview (vm).

Does anyone know how to enter it? I have went into menu> installation > NEWCAMD/MGCAMD Setup

and ....... lol, not sure myself on a cable box i'm afraid but im sure someone on here will know. Is it asking you to enter it manually ? or is there a import option button ?

User ID : your lines user id
Password : your lines password

Thanks very much for that. That makes sense according in terms of what was sent to me by way of the nline that i bough. Only problem is with the user id: i have been given 16 characters but theres only room for 15 characters in the settings! (everything else fits perfectly).

ask your supplier if he can change the user id he has given you to one with less characters
