I drink about 1/2 gallon of water every day, drink just under a gallon of the sports drink each day at work ( I don't mix it that strong) and I still rarely use the restroom.

thats not good mate they reckon you should make 30 or 40 mill an hour thats what they said to me last time i was in hostpil when i had a bag in not nice btw

Ray, that may not be enough water u r drinking in your heat, in the cali desert, a highway patrolman says he drank about 5 gal a day in +105 heat

I only have to stay outside for 1hr Monday - Thursday......Friday I spend 4hrs outside.....and drink about 2-3 times what I drink today.
