Lenovo thinkcentre fan noisey full speed

I can't think what else it can be. I've reinstalled chipset drivers even system restored but there's no sign of the ethernet.
I did do a hard drive I had spare a Windows 10 installation on it via an external caddie just to play around with. I'm going to give that a go

If I can find it

Haven't you got a spare Wifi dongle kicking about?
Yeah dongle works fine but tbh I cant stand the white noise from the fan and nothing slows it down. After spending more time on it yesterday it seems it's a motherboard problem. I replaced the rear network/USB controller panel and it's the same. I've done every combo there is uninstalling chipset, BIOS, nothing works.
I've picked up an identical 2nd hand motherboard for £40 so I'm gonna give that a go. If that fails then its up for sale spares repairs.
Just as an after thought, other than the Lenovo all in one, what would be a decent one to get ?., cheap please say 8gb ram. I need an all in one as there's no room for a tower

Anybody know which capacitor could replace this one ? I can't seem to locate one.
One leg has snapped off close to the barrel

I'd go for the next voltage up,
Usually caps fail because they are running tight to their voltage tolerance.
