LG TV, IPTV App

I have found an IPTV provider I like. They have provided me an m3u so that I can use it on my smart tv.

I have tried SmartIPTV and it works great however the channels are not sorted into categories.

I tried MK IPTV which seems better as it has recognises xtream and has the categories. But it won’t let me access the adult 18+ section as it asks for a password. And the top of the screen states it’s a trial. But I cannot find any info about making it a full version, or unlocking the adult content (which isn’t password protected on any other app I use)

Are there any other IPTV apps on the LG store that will load xtream api from m3u so that I can have all the channels separated into categories and not restrict certain content.

You have an Android TV then? You could try GSE or IPTV Smarters then which will categorise and uses Xtream-API EPG.

Ah sorry I don't know what all is in your store. SmartSTB I think you should see which emulates a MAG box and uses Xtream EPG but costs about £20.

Thanks for the suggestion. Tried it this evening but can’t seem to load from the m3u link I’ve been given. I’ll have another bash tomorrow

Yeah true your m3u won't work unless your provider switches you to a mac sub. You'll need to ask him. Ask hm for free trial - send him the mac an get his portal before you strike a deal :) You may just stick to m3u apps till your current sub expires in the end...

Smart stb is best that I've found for lg smart tv but the full version is about £25
And you have to send your iptv supplier your Mac for it to work it's pretty much the same
