Line issue - knew it was going to smooth

Set my box up fine using Wooshmans guide (which is great BTW).
Have been sent a test for a new line which is the first line Im trying on this box but cant get anything to load.
Tried using Wooshmans automatic transfer and also FTP the files to the USR/KEYS folder.
The two files I received were newcamd.list and CCcam.cfg.
The guy assures me the lines are working.

After adding your newcamd.list did you restart mgcam 1.35 or 1.38 in softcams. Press blue softacms restart, you did save your lines in the file yeah?

Not sure what I did wrong to begin with but all appears to be working now.
Went through everything the same (or so i thought). Must have missed something on the way but not really sure what.
