Lip sync issues

Lgoled55c8pla with Sonos beam gen1 and two one speakers using Tivimatepro on a Firestick with IPTV no lip sync issues, but when I use smarterspro lip sync is out, yet Netflix and terrestrial TV all okay.
Anybody know what the issue is?

Quick Google threw up this
Change Player Selection:
Open IPTV Smarters Pro, go to Settings, choose Player Selection, click on Live (or VOD/Series), and switch from the hardware/software decoder to the Native Player or vice versa.
Use an External Player:
If the built-in decoders fail, download VLC or MX Player on your device, set it as your external player in Smarters Pro, and use its internal audio delay tools.

I tried all of that with no success, I found on tivimate you can change the lip sync settings plus or minus but smarters give no way to make changes, and I do not want to change my bouncing ball setting on the Firestick because that's fine, just so strange but I guess I'll just stick with Tivimatepro and not bother with smarters

Sorry forgot to say I did try vlc but could find no option to plus or minus lip sync

Tivimates superior imo anyway.

I hate to be a downer, but manic is right, smarters causes so many issues these days. It's just outdated.

Yes, you are using the player that gives you problems instead of the one that doesnt
