Living in Cyprus - Any idea if it's possible to unscramble BFBS satellite services?

I already have IPTV, but that's no fun. Was wondering if it was possible to hook a satellite dish up to pick up the UK channels broadcast by the BFBS satellite? It looks like they use a conventional satellite receiver + card for decryption (see here). And the satellite used is Eutelsat 10B.
