Thats a legacy 38mm it does say 40mm will fit though so your call.

thnx i dont usually do ebay but it allows me to chack out as a guest so i dont need to open a paypal account again

It states it will work with 40mm even if it is designed for 38mm. Personally id go for the 40mm i linked you to if you go for the ebay one thats on you.
