I think the signal meter might now be working as it isn't lighting up but point the dish in the general direction is now showing any reading.

Is the W and T buttons not working on your keyboard?

Appologies yes you are correct, this isn't the first time l've mixed not and now.

I am typing the messages on a mobile and it would have helped if l had read it back.

I think the signal meter isn't working as its not now lighting up, as it used to, even with the dish pointing in the general direction of astra 2a 28.2.

Have you checked the signal meter with a different lead or just where LNB is? If the wire is damaged, meter will not light up.
