Loss of sound

H2s has suddenly started losing all sound and volume buttons don't work. The only way I can get it to work is to disable hdmi cec and then switch it back on. My tv is connected to surround sound so I use hdmi cec to control the volume on that system using the zgemma remote. Any way to stop this happening? Only just started doing this but it's happening frequently.

This sound loss has also happened to me a few times in the past few weeks. I have a H2S a month or so. I have been fiddling around with my TV and zGemma remote, and it eventually comes back - but I don't know how I'm getting it back or why its happening!

This has been a common fault, i just press vol down, vol up & it normally works again, if not press mute then vol down vol up & should be fine. It normally goes off after you hit 85-84 vol (as me & a few forum members have noticed).
