Hi, can anybody help. I had a message on the screen saying 'Old SW'. I followed the advice from another thread and turned my box off with the switch at the back for 5 minutes and then tried agian but still got the same message.
I then decided to re-install the firmware but mistakenly in the menu pressed on "BOOT LOADER UPGRADE". I have tried re-installing the firmware and clicking 1819 on a PPV channel but now i just get "not connected". The connection is there as connection light flashes.
I cannot find the serial No. for the box or expiry date under system information in the menu, this has all disappeared. I do have my box serial number as i only renewed my subscription on the 17/09/2011 for 6 months.
CAN ANYONE HELP PLEASE...

OOOOOps fixed myself realised i was using old software need to use SMGO221.
