lots of small recordings on hdd

Hi guy's
I recently reflashed and now getting back to normal but just gone to my recordings and see a load a few seconds long!!! nothing i have recorded as far as i know. They are outside of the file type named for the 1 thing i have series linked.
Can anybody help please?? they were taking up a lot of space deleted them now.
 
Yes all seems fine just wondering if i have changed a timeshift setting to make this happen...
 
Recordings should go in hdd/movie and timeshift should go in hdd/timeshift. What was the file extension of the ones you deleted?

They were just on the root of the flash drive mate as far as i could see...under ALL trash was there and just another folder named as per my series linked porgramme
