mag 250 blocked yet account says valid

anybody help with regards mag 250
stb blocked.. even though expire date
is dec ..
spoke to my provider as there are other lines same provider. all work 101%
i have seen the panel with account details
all fine.. yet i get stb blocked
any help appreciated .
checked isp
checked dns settings ..

could be that your ip address is blocked rather than the account? hence the reason your account info is still showing act

i tried a new mag different adddess. or rather my other half did..
same result..new provider no issues.. i am baffled?

not to my knowledge. i did ask
i have known my provider 6 years and service is exceptional. as far as iptv goes.
my mrs tried another provider worked 100%..
i have just got back from Aberdeen. tried a test on another box works fine.. could it be informir knocking off cloned mags ?
