Thank you very much for trying to fix my problem Urie, I have had the box for almost 3 years without any problem until this weekend. I’ll try powering Off for the few days to see if it rectify itself. Thank you once again for your time you are a star.

Did you just get this box some supliers use custom firmware to hide portal or stop you editing it I honestly think your only option is to flash the box there is tutorial on this thread.
You may even need to use no block firmware if normal flash does not solve your problem.

Hello Urie, I have got my Mag stb working again I used a different usb wireless keyboard and was able to typ my servers portal address in portal url.
