Mag-256 Mag 256 stuck on infomir screen

Hi, Yeah I've been through them and non of them cover the exact issue, have a look and advise me if you know how to fix. Thanks
 
Hi, I can't get past the start up screen, the box is totally locked - won't open up with remote menu key to access settings or do anything by pressing and holding the reset button on the back of the box - Power to the box as it's displaying the logo on screen and the box light is on (bright white - if you know light sequence). I have already tried starting with the usb (with image on) but no surprises it doesn't look for a usb on start up. Any other ideas?
