Mag322 resolution issue

Hi, The resolution seems to of changed on its own on my mag box. The guide is a bit blurred now, the screen format seems to of changed to a slightly wider looking screen and also when I select a channel it comes on over the whole channel list rather than the smaller preview screen in the corner. I can’t get rid of it to select another channel either. I need to go back to movies/docs/entertainment etc
