Maxytec 5G

Hi folks,
Bought a maxytec 5g box but when I load it up there is no android interface on it. Only setting and internet. Anyone any idea what I need to install on it.

if you get this screen you describe press 88888888888 or 9999999999 (just keep pressing either of these numbers until something happens) then it should show the homescreen, if not contact whoever you got it from
