Mediaportal freezes system?

Ok I watch porn...lets get the sniggers out of the way [emoji849][emoji39]

I'm using sucmnsees image and his set up of the media portal is excellent....or it was, it worked fine the first few times....but now I select a vid to view it plays for a second then the screen goes blank and it freezes the system up, the TVs shows 'no signal' and I have to turn the box off at the mains to get it to reboot.

I may have changed a setting somewhere since it worked, I've tried reflashing- no joy

Any ideas?

Sucmnsee your man to ask but sure he'll confirm not to uninstall anyway as more than likely cause a boot loop

It used to bootloop on a python component if uninstalled but not sure these days.
Cant Understand it not working after reflash tho..... unless ur usb device is full or not mounted to buffer to. Also check in cacheflush what memory u have free.
Also what box u using?
Have u installed/uninstalled anything lately?

I dunno why it worked at first and not now... 2tb storage mounted correctly, cache flush on, h.2s.....the buffer thing? Tell me more please....I'm always bloody messing....make no wonder I get frustrated...in more ways than one [emoji39]

EPG not recommended to internal. You flash is possibly full. No pun intended

Cacheflush may help. In plugins...just run default options, reboot then try again

well if you hover over my signature you will see. Messages that are not private of nature just get deleted. We only have a 100 inbox limit and that includes sending and receiving combined. I get annoyed cause every day I have to clean out my inbox to make room for the important messages.

Well sorry pal, I was scrolling though threads looking for answers I saw a post of yours on a media portal thread in which you said 'who uses media portal anymore anyway[emoji39]' ....I thought that may mean you knew of better ways of getting porn....that's why I asked the question....I'm sorry I'm sure to take up your precious time and inbox space

there is a better way of getting porn. It's called laptop/internet ;)

or search the internet for all the iptv blogs and just add the feeds individually to your bouquets.

or create your own m3u file and view it in iptvplayer.

As I say I was just asking the question... Regarding the box out of curiosity and just messing with it and finding out what it can do.... I obviously asked the wrong guy... Most are more than pleased to help on here and I also am happy to pass on my accrued knowledge on to others newer than me... Maybe it's the porn issue you have a problem with?... Am I not speaking in 'hushed' enough tones about if?
It wasn't because I needed porn through this box, I just wanted to know the ways it were possible
