make sure the scallops are washed and clean and any shell is removed, heat the pan to medium to high heat and allow some butter to melt in the pan,

Wrap the scallops with the panchteta ham or bacon and place into the pan, cook for until the ham/bacon is cooked, serve on a bed of fresh salad
