clean the spuds and with a fork prick the skin a few times each and place into cold water, crack or place some garlic into the water and bring to the boil and simmer for a bout 10 mins after the reach the boil (allows the garlic to flavour inside the spuds) great served with steak or chicken or with a salad!! The garlic flavours the spuds from inside out and leaves a nice hint of garlic and doesnt over power the spuds!
