Looking for a bit of info I have a edision os mini with open vix image just trying out a test line and some premium channels are missing would this be something on my behalf e.g. Channel scan or something

Liverpool and Man U
Movie missing superhero had. Action hd. Thriller hd sci-fi hd select
Half the music and entertainment
Screen says. TUNE FAILED
AND service not found
