Missing channels

Hi..I just checked both cables (that go into the tiviar alpha plus) with the old sky box from the kitchen,and it picks up Dave/Drama/yesterday no problem...So the cables are good..I didnt think it would be the cables because they were only run from the dish late October 2019....
 
Ok..I have managed to tune in Dave and the other lost channels...I was scanning 28.2 east which is what most say to do..When I got the box first i must have scanned 19.2E Astra because thats where I got them...Thanks for all the replies.....You find something new all the time...But I am sure I will be back soon with another question..Thanks LB..
