More Biss feeds appearing now on 13e, theres a planned shift of feeds on 13e thats already underway.
Following Eutelsat’s 2025 announcement that Hotbird 13° East will be its new primary position for professional video services in Europe and MENA, Eurovision Services will migrate from Eutelsat 7B to Hotbird 13° East in summer 2026.

To ensure a smooth transition, Eurovision Services is offering complimentary test sessions from January 19 to March 20. Broadcast Partners are invited to participate in these coverage tests to evaluate their downlink margins.

I first noticed this about 2 years ago when EBU ran the Eurovision Song Contest feed on 13E, couldn't get my head around it at the time given its not really a feed centric satellite but as you've said, lately more and more feeds are popping up there. Funnily enough, I'm finding them so much easier to receive than 7E/10E, even my 90cm can pick them up comfortably. Perhaps this will tie in to the adoption of BISS2 encryption though given they are so relatively easy to pick up and the chances are way higher for someone to have a dish pointed at 13E then one of the other more obscure sats.
