i would start from the start and setup from 28 and go from there
get your box to turn the dish to 28. then put your evaluation and all in
go back to 0.8 and see if your on the arc

That's the reason I posted a couple of posts ago about flexing the pole just from the photos the pole looks weak but that could just be the photo. Have you also selected west from the usals menu. Beginners mistake, I know because i did it.
