Motorised will not move

Hi my motorised dish has power,but when I select satellite it does not move.It use to work,do I need a different power supply?

You need to tell us the motor type and make. Usual's or 36v controlled by a separate positioner ?

Hi its a Alsat Superior Dark Satellite Dish Motor DiSEqC 1.2 -Go to X longitude latitude,iam using uslas and openatv image.I used a satlink meter and that moves it no problem.

Well it could be worth trying a new PSU on your receiver since the satlink meter moves it.

What receiver is it your using ?

It use to be a zgemma,now its a new technomate 4k twin,its moving now,how strange going to 30 west and further,and 42 east and further.Didnt move to like 13east,19 east and 28 east?
