Movies 24 skybox f5s

Just downloaded AJ's new list and installed it on my skybox f3 in sitting room and everything is working ok, installed same list onto my skybox f5s in my daughters room and every channel works ok except movies 24 and movies 24+, both have same problem sound is on but picture is saying scrambled any ideas thanks in advance. I have tried reinstalling it and same problem

Have u got the latest firmware installed??? This is a common problem on some channels

i've looked through the forums can't find how to update firmware can you help

Download from skybox.cc, unzip the file put it onto a USB then upload to box

downloaded firmware everything okay except i can't access the menu as its asking for a password any ideas, only got the box yesterday

one last question Tich, how can i save the password rather than keep having to enter it every time i want to access the menu

go to password and change it

When you enter parental lock menu, you will have the option to turn menu lock on or off.
