Moving away from firestick

I've got mine under the TV and the Nvidia is not plugged in. I think they are nearly the same speed. I got mine to try and stop a fault of audio drop though my sound bar. Unfortunately it's the same on Nvidia and homematics but I have not plugged the shield back in since getting this box.
Browsing forum to pass time and this post has caught my attention. I use an Amazon Fire Cube with an LG Soundbar and finding by sub is dropping audio more frequently. It may only last for a few seconds before reconnecting but I'd rather it didn't do it at all. Should I upgrade my hardware? Open to trying something new with more storage

Mine is literally a one second drop out, changing android boxes did not fix it. I changed all the leads and removed all other boxes. I think it's something between the TV and sound bar. I have sent a error report to Sonos and they said all they could see was some interference and that is why I removed all other boxes and started from scratch. Next one for me is removed sound bar connection or run it on an optical cable.

Hi folks always been a firestick user they have done me fine over the years. Looking to move away from them going forward what's folks recommendations don't mind spending a few quid for something that will last.

Thanks
