MXPRO Box stuck on small screen.

I've got a MXPRO Box first few days was good to watch stuff but now it Coz on to a small scree I've been into the settings rebooted uninstalled reinstalled even when says click for fullscreen its still doesn't work and its for everything sports music movie plz help
