MXQ help needed !

Hi
Bought an MXQ android box to see if any benefits on sat boxes I use.
It came fully loaded (mainly shite) and I haven't managed to watch a single thing on it yet.
Played around with it trying all different things but to no avail.
Now I have managed to end up with a google screen resembling a smartphone screen which has replaced the home screen !
No matter what I try I cannot get back to the bootup screen where everything is ?
Tried YouTube and google but no help .
Don't want to reset as I will lose all of the preinstalled addons at this point.
Any ideas fully appreciated.

What repo have you got on kodi I got 1 a couple of weeks ago hardly been on it though. But it has blackbox that's pretty good have a Google search of it I've now downloaded it on my phone it has a bonus tv guide with all sky sports and movies plus a few more as well as loads of entertainment channels. If I was you illd factory reset it and download kodi and use blackbox.

Already have Kodi installed but found lot's of the streams don't load for some reason.
Will have a look at blackbox and add it to see if it's better or at least working.
