MXQ pro 4K help

Hi Guys! Hopefully I am posting in the right section. I got this box at the begining of last year. But never got round to using it due to work abroad.
I would like to use it for IPTV . Can any one please help me to how to get started and with a reliable IPTV upplier with loading instructions.

I agree with stbemu, but as @StrawDog said there's so many apps.. different people prefer different apps.

@atiq1 Post in Anyone Recommend A Good IPTV Service for--- July-August 2019 to find a suitable IPTV supplier. Be warned service levels vary, so try out a few before deciding. Some providers have their own app which may be a better option than STB-Emu etc.
