my kryptview keeps freezing

my kyryptview keeps freezing for a couple seconds then goes ok then i get the message scrambled or no video then goes ok for a few minuets only on coded channels is that normal will it sort it self out

i would say its normal at the minute with the work bein done to server etc

hi my a780 is working as it should, getting channels that are out. I have just 1 problem, wen i am watching any movies the picture freezes about every 15 to 20 mins for about 3 secs but the sound keeps going, does any 1 have any ideas please.i have the jan firmware in and is working. any help would be much appreciated.

Jan firmware,suggest you check again Menu/System Info should state 24/04/11

Best to check all connections including splitter

hi just checked and i do have latest 24/04/11.re-checked all my connections all fine and i dont have a splitter.any more ideas would be appreciated very much. cheers

bad signal and quality level dropping too low may do this also bb can do this it gets over crowded with others in house using internet.

hi i av 20mb bb and only have pc and is hard wired not wireless

only bb? what about a sub for tv,if you only have a bb package signal strength will be lower.

What is your signal strength.?
Too strong a signal can be as bad as a weak signal.

A little confused in an earlier post you state you don't have a splitter,what set-up are you using for net to box.

hi my box is connected straight to my modem not a router.

From the wall socket to a splitter---from a splitter to modem and to box--- from modem to box--is this your set-up if yes your are using a splitter and it maybe faultly.

stop saying your level is ok as you have not said what it is signal level and quality needs to be in around 80%,try removing splitters,any old coaxial will also give you signal loss.
