need help please kryptview a780

hi every 1 i have a kryptview a780 it was already flashed but cudnt sw update it so i flashed it again with the new firmware and factory reset scanned for channels but no joy any help its saying scrambled and it still stays on downloading page wen i tyr sw update im not using splitters its direct to modem thanx for ur help

have you got the cables (feed in "splitter" / "modem or router / box "out ) connected the right way around ?

Are you trying to flash it with a USB connvertor lead or straight null modem cable ?

Sounds like your box isn't flashed properly.

Give us some more info about your setup/ software versions ( you want the april one )
and we will get you sorted.
