need help. zgemma h2 virgin set up

im having couple of issue with the epg for virgin.


in epg set up which option what do i chose for the virgin guide? there is one for english tv and one for virgin tv.
the virgin gets half way parsing and stops. the english loads all the way but doesnt load all the channel listings in the epg.

im in wales and in autoboquets there are only 2 welsh regions, bridgend and port talbot. port talbot doesnt work so i use bridgend.

When setting up there's two places where to put your network ID. In tuner configuration where you type it in and ABM where you have to select it from the available ones using left and right keys.

For EPG you need to go into the menu and then system menu and enable Virgin from there. Go into Cross EPG settings and then download.

You need to set up ABM first, menu, set up, service searching ABM, providers, enable virgin UK, change all setting on virgin to yes except scan FTA only, change this to no, save and exit.
Then select start scan.

For EPG, menu, set up, system , epg, settings, enable virgin epg, save and exit. try that

Also in tuner config have you done this, menu, set up, service searching, tuner config, select tuner b, set that to service type to virgin uk 6952, also you will need to enter your net id there too, same number as in your area in ABM set up.
