I've had my box for only 2 months and the paid channels have gone black blank. I contacted the person i bought it from and he stated they are going through an unexpected cyber attack and that they can give a new line but through team viewer app (i have to give them access to my PC which i dont think is safe!) and so he can change the line for me on File Zilla. I replied that i can do this myself if he just gives me a new line. He is not replying.
Can i get a new line from somewhere else? Can i generate a new line myself? What are my options?
PS. i don't even know what type of line i have ! :/
