Need some help please. Amiko micro hd se (black)

Hi guys I need your help, I'm a newbie to the forums and satellite receivers in general. I recently purchased an amiko micro hd se box loaded with UK sky channels and some Irish channels also. It was all working great but now all the sky movie channels no longer work, also some other channels (bt sport 1 & 2 and Eurosport). Does anyone have an idea how I could resolve this as I can't get in touch with the guy I bought it from.

Channels have all changed frequency. did your box not come with online updates?
Not used that box before but i think they come with online channel list updates.
If you go to 'system' do you have an option to update?
 
I went into settings and tried updating via satellite but It didn't work unfortunately. To be honest I don't want to start messing around with settings because I don't have a clue what I'm doing really, I'm scared I will wipe all my existing channels. I need an idiots guide. :(
 
Me neither, i know absolutely nothing about them. Had a good look around for a channel list but couldn't find one.
