I have just got zgemma H1 for cable got it setup and working but getting a lot of glitching and freezing. As I live in the Wigan area this network id wasn't there so used the Preston one, could this be the problem. If this is the problem is there any way to put the network id for my area.

Do I do that via tuner configuration/tuner b/reception setting and then put that in network id, Do I have to do anything else.

Net work id should be the same in tuner configuration and autobouquetsmaker if your not using tuner B set this to not configured.

Done that network id is same in both those except it still says Preston in autobouquetsmaker. Is there anyway to put the Wigan network id in.
 
are you using 40967 or (40968 Preston) the network ids may of been updated from the list i have, it might be right. I'm not in a position to check for you at the moment. I can take a look tomorrow evening and get back to you? ( that's if you don't get it sorted tonight)
 
In reception settings I've put 40967 which is for Wigan, when I go to autobouquetsmaker providers it says 40967 preston 1. It only put 40967 after I put it in reception settings I'm sure before that it said 40968 preston 1.

Its the Autobouquetsmaker programe that is the problem. They have named 40967 as Preston instead of Wigan so I wouldn't worry. Its just the name thats wrong. ID is Ok
 
Thanks to everybody for replies. Turns out it's the server I've got, he's told me that they are going to upgrade it.
